Terms and Conditions
Membership Terms and Conditions. 1. On joining Xtra Life Aerobics & Fitness Center the member accepts and agrees to be bound by these conditions of membership. Members and Guests must also adhere to the Code of Conduct within the Center.
2. Use of the facilities of the Center and use of the Center premises is strictly subject to the rule and regulations of the Center in effect at any time.
3. Payment of the annual membership will entitle the member to membership of Xtra Life Aerobics & Fitness Center for a twelve-month period.
4. Membership must be renewed on the expiration of the twelve-month period.
5. In the event of the annual membership fee not being renewed within the day of its expiry, it is deemed to have expired and it will be necessary for the member to re-apply for membership.
6. Membership will be terminated if a member fails to pay the monthly fees for consecutive two months. However, with prior intimation to the management due to sickness or educational exams the case may be considered.
7. Membership may be terminated by the management for violation of any rules or regulations of the Center or for conduct deemed by the management to be detrimental to the welfare, good order, safety or character of the Center or its members.
8. Membership is not transferable and membership fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
9. The member acknowledges that she is in good health and not suffering from any disease or illness. That she is in good physical condition and physically able to undertake any physical exercises provided by the center.
10. A screening form must be filled in before using the fitness centre.
11. Children under 13yrs must be accompanied by an adult or guardian aged 18 years or over when entering the Center and using the facility.
12. All member must pay the monthly fees within 7th of each month.
13. Members have to be 16yrs or over to use the fitness centre or exercise classes.
14. Xtra Life Aerobics & Fitness Center is not responsible for the loss of personal items or damage to personal property either on the premises or in the car park.
15. Monthly fees is to be paid in full if a Member wants to keep her membership valied without joining the fitness classes.
16. Xtra Life Aerobics & Fitness Center accepts no responsibility to the member for the failure or breakdown of any equipment or facility however caused. Member agrees to pay an extra charge for damage arising from any carelessness.
17. In the event of any dispute arising between a member and Xtra Life Aerobics & Fitness Center the decision of the management will be final.
18. Members must wear Proper clothing, including shirts and athletics shoes.
19. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Center. Plastic water bottles are acceptable.
20. No tobacco products, gum, alcohol, drugs or any illegal substances are allowed inside the facility.
21. Do not monopolize the equipment. Invite members who are waiting to work in. If all the exercise mats are occupied handover mat to a timely member, while you are doing extra time exercise.
22. Do not talk in loud voice and do not talk or argue during the class. We expect all members to be respectful and considerate to others. Do not engage is horseplay, arguing, or the use of loud and offensive language. No loud grunting or guttural noises!
23. The management of Xtra Life Aerobics & Fitness Center reserves the right to amend and add to these conditions of membership and rules as it sees fit and the member shall observe any amended or additional conditions or rules so made.
24. Membership fees and admissions will be reviewed annually. Xtra Life Aerobics & Fitness Center reserves the right to increase membership or admissions as required.
